I love playing with colors in my dip sauces. Whether it’s a classic recipe with a twist of mustard, beetroot, spinach, basil, or turmeric, these vibrant sauces aren’t just eye-catching but also delicious.


**Quick Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe:**

If you love dipping as much as I do, having a quick and easy vegan mayonnaise recipe is essential. You can find a variety of ready-made vegan mayonnaise in stores, but making your own at home is surprisingly easy and rewarding. Here’s my go-to recipe:


- **Ingredients:**

- 1/2 cup soy milk (room temperature)

- 1 cup neutral-tasting vegetable oil (canola, sunflower, or even avocado oil)

- 2 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- 1.5 tsp salt

- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper (optional)


- **Instructions:**

1. In a blender, combine soy milk, apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice), mustard, and a pinch of salt.

2. Blend for 20-30 seconds, then slowly add the oil in a thin stream while the blender is running. Continue blending until the mixture thickens.

3. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for a few hours before using.
